Two things I can't find in the book. How to turn on light in tour pak and can tour pak be moved forward or back? Thanks for the help.

To turn on the light push in the center of the lens itself.

Sorry but can't speak to the new tour pak mounts.  If they're like the old one's there are multiple mounting holes.  Actually....  come to think of it; I remember reading some 09 literature saying they'd come out of the box mounted in their rear most position.  That doesn't mean someone might have have assembled incorrectly forward to begin with though.  So it's still worth checking the mounting holes and seeing which set you're using.

Jeepers, Don answered your first question....and don't think you are the first person to ask it!  Regarding the second I just removed my tour pak and there are two bolting positions to choose.  They are about 1 to 1.5 in. apart.  Since I already removed it I can't recall which position it came in.  I put the detach rack on and put it on the forward most holes in the tp.....giving the wife the most room.  Hope that helps.
