Two ways to do it. Either use spit and wipe it off, or go to a scuba diving shop and ask them for the solution to prevent fogging.  They may say just use spit.

Anti-Fog by Rain-Ex works very well for me. You can pick it up at any auto parts store. Apply, let dry, wipe off, and you're good to go. I also use it on the bathroom mirror.

Sounds good.  How often does it have to be applied?

Spit comes in a convenient container and dispenser, and you don't need to clutter your bags with it.  If you offer to apply some of your anti-fog solution to your friends' shields, don't expect too many thank you's.  People just aren't appreciative.  :nixweiss:

do not use any rain-ex products on plastic lenses or a plexiglas windshield.  it will leave a permanent fog.

No permanent fog on my lenses. I apply it on average once a week, when I'm riding every day.
