rear brakes locking up

does anyone else have  a problem with there rear brakes locking up,causeing the tire to skid,.. with just a little pressue under normal driving ,....i guess i need them "abs"

Locking up a rear caliper is easy enough of course.  But it's still not something you don't do with "light pressure."  Pick up a caliper rebuild kit and start there.

How many miles are on the bike? Have you checked the rear pads? Have you checked tire pressures? If all these are OK go back to step one as Twolane described!

AH that would be VERY COLD BEER in the fridge!!!!

If you get here early enough you can get you brakes fixed before DOOD gets his BILLET TOUR PAK HINGES installled!!!!!

the bike is  got 20k miles, about 6k on the brakes, the tire has got 75 % left on it, the tire got about 34 lbs of air, just touchy as hell
