On my 2006 RG I installed a 95" Big Bore kit. S.E. Premium Tapered Push Rods, Headquarters 0034 Bolt in Cams, Thunderheader Slipon's and I tuned it with the Direct Link system. It's much cheaper than a SERT, and it does exactly the same thing. I have no head work and I'm pulling 100 foot pounds of torque. It works well!
