Defective Fender Tip Light
« on: December 31, 2008, 11:21:08 AM »

Has anyone noticed the rear fender tip Led light on the 09 Ultras filling with water ?
I have been working on a new 09 ultra for a friend and was looking at the rear fender light and noticed
it was half full of water. The unit looks sealed but its obviously not.
The dealer is going to replace it but im trying to find out if this is an inherant problem.
It got in there after washing the bike.

Is a pressure washer being used , if so you need to be very carefull . Keep the tip away from the bike .

Nope just a regular rinse with a garner hose.
