Do all of the early SERG's, have turn signal cancel action as short as mine?  It seems that I put the turn signal on and before I ever get to the light, it has been canceled.  My later model bikes seem to last until I make the turn.  If this is a normal practice, is there a module or something else that would make it work similar to the later bikes?

Yep.  I think it took H-D awhile to figure that technology out.  My 2000 SERG is quite a bit better than my 1999 FXR3, but nowhere near as good as my 2004 SEEG.  I was told there was nothing that could be done, but if you or others hear of something, please pass it on.

That is too bad.  In the metropolitan areas, it is a problem.  My FXR4 had the same issue, but since I did not ride it much, I guess I did not notice how short it was.

I've got the same problem on my 99 RG, after about 15 - 20 seconds it cancels. My 98 EG Classic didn't have the problem and don't have it on the 04 sporty.
