On my 2009 SEUC there is a paint flaw on the tour pack lid. What do you tink my chances are of getting it replace within 6 months. After three weeks the factory rep has not even called the dealer. The dealer did order one but without the help from the rep I think I'm in for a long wait.

Took me 3 months to get my 09 SERG painted chopped tour pak. Ridiculous. Good luck.

Took me four months to "convince" the HD area rep of my paint flaws on my 06 SEUC and another three months of waiting for new skins to come in and get installed.  Since you're not having to compete with next year's models yet, perhaps you won't have to wait that long, but it's anyone's guess.  Best to ya!   :2vrolijk_21:

Mine had 3 fairly minor flaws showed dealer they ordered next day and had it installed 3 weeks later they said nothing about rep just did it great dealer as far as I am concerned. Oh yea mine was 1 year old

I'm at 6 months and 1 week and I dont have my bike yet!

THen I order the TP and lowers and wait ANOTHER 3 months!

It has taken me 4 mo's for my painted parts on my 09 cuse4 and they were orderd a week after delivery,was just done last week

ft faring outer shell
rf lower cap
trim piece around tourpac lights

then also

new headlight
screamin eagle decal for tourpac
.

My 09 SEUC had a very slight dent on the front fender, from inside pushing outward.  At first, the dealer told me it wasn't a big enough flaw to meet replacement guidelines.  I told them it met my guidelines for giving them back the bike and buying one elsewhere.  I had my new fender within about 2 to 3 weeks.
