JH,

Welcome to the site. I think most here are installing Fullsac baffles in their CVO mufflers and are very happy with the results. Also cheaper than purchasing new mufflers.

IMHO, RUSH are overpriced tiny 3 in 1 piece mufflers, If you really like that style Wild Pig Mufflers are almost identical
the baffles even interchange and WP's are 100 dollars Cheaper. The design of the SERG bags requires a large Muffler to look balanced, Many of us are very pleased with the Fullsac Baffles as they sound great and retain the proper look. If you go after market there are some decent 4in mufflers but you will spend triple. Dealers tend to push Rush Mufflers because they sell them at a hugh profit not for your benefit.

Fullsac 2.25 baffles are the way to go. At least for me, i like the look of the stock muffler. With the 2.25 great deep sound. Good luck

Can someone explain to me what the fullsac baffles are?  Do you need to take the stock mufflers off, take things out, etc?  Sorry - I don't know what these are.
