Bill of Sale form?

I just sold the Rocker C :pepper: to a dude from South Dakota.  My question is does anyone have a good Bill of Sale form I can utilize?  Just want to make sure I cover all of my bases here.  I live in Texas.  I tried the DMV site, but it had very little relative to free forms.

Get all I need from the local Staples or Office Max, some are plain some are more oriented but nice and cheap also!
