CVO Production Figures Questions
« on: September 11, 2006, 06:34:10 PM »

I read that 4,100 CVO's are planned to be produced this year.

Does anyone have any idea of the breakdown as to model?

Like How many CVO Ultras were made last year and did they do equal amounts of each color scheme??

They are probably going to make 4100 ULTRAS, not 4100 total CVO's.  I do not think they are tied to a certain number of a particular color...it depends on what happens when the different colors hit the floor.  I suspect that this year they will produce more of the B/O and R/B than the B/B.  Even the total number is subject to change, depending on demand and production capability.

Same was true for the 06's

MoCo never gives exact numbers always "approximately" which translates to "we will stop making them approximately the time people stop buying them". :o

In Western Canada the orange CVO Ultras were the first to hit the sales floor followed by the stardust silver and ruby red Ultras. Of the dealerships regularly visited there have been more orange CVO Ultras on the sales floor than any other color. Seems the same with the CVO Roadglides too. Far more electric orange than any other color.
