Let the person "doing the work" for you recommend the setup. He (she) will probably have something they are comfortable with.
That way, if you are not satisfied you can always go back to them.

I have a very good PC III map for a 2006 SEUC with the Ness Big Sucker, V&H True Duals and V&H Ovals if you can use it.

I agree with the above recommendation about letting the person doing the work influence the decision.

That said I have had, the HD SERT, the PC and the Thundermax and one of my riding buddies on a SERG has the TTi.

For your bike, the Thundermax or PC is a great choice (neither require a dyno tune).  The Thundermax actually replaces the HD ECM (electronic control module, the brains that controls throttle response and AFR and a host of other items), I had great success with mine but that varies.  The PC installs in between the HD ECM and the sensors and basically fools the HD ECM to adjust AFR and other items.  The tti actually uses the HD ECM and reprograms it in place of the HD stock program.  The HD SERT does the same as the TTI and allows complete control of the ECM.  Common thought is to Dyno all to best tune but there are lot's of "stock" maps that work very well.

It's actually much more complicated but this is the Readers Digest version.

PC's are very well thought of and I have the PC V with autotune on my 09.

I'd pick the PC iii.

But you will get lot's of opinions.
