  I just got my new fairing from Memphis Shades and need to have it painted , I thought that my local body shop could handle this but I was wrong  so I would appreciate it if you guy had some good experience with a bike shop that could paint a 2002 screamin eagle fairing for me!

On my VRSCSE2, I went with a side mount plate and wanted to get rid of the stock tail light, so I picked up a new primer fender and promptly learned that H-D will not sell CVO colors.  On the V-Rod forums, there is an extremepy talented painter -- Josh Elliott -- www.jeillusions.com -- who perfectly matched the factoy paint -- metal, striping, shading and all.  I'm not entirely familiar with your paint -- whether it's just a special shade, or if it's metallic and all, but his work is definitely worth checking out.  I shipped both my stock and new fender to him and he nailed it...

Thanks for all the info! I did contact www.paintbygene.com , and I was ready to send it to him because I couldn't find anybody local.Then finaley I got in tuch with Bob from Toon Town Paint ,http://www.toontownpaint.com/, This guy was ACE's , I felt a little more comfortable seeing  his work and if there was a problem it would'nt be such a hassle.
