Sorry Doc that, for me, is not the way to go, I'm going with two ten core Jaggs, I know how they perform & what I can anticipate from them, honestly running oil though a crash bar is an old trick, but, in my humble opinion, a very dangerous thing to do, first if one of those homemade connections breaks, write off a motor, if some material in that tube breaks lose and plugs a line, write off a motor, what testing have you done to determine over time the oil pump can take on that extra load, & even more important what is the pressure drop resulting by using the bar? (The HD 8 core cooler is a very restrictive design, as HD is purposely slowing the oil down in their cooler to make it more efficient, the ten core Jaggs have 3 & 1/2 times less pressure drop) in addition you are only cooling a very small portion of the oil running in the bar as the bar has no turbulation to stir the oil as it runs though the bar, too many unknowns to risk a $ 5,000.oo motor. But if it works for you great.
