A lot of what you see is simply because of added compression, well should I say cylinder pressure restored after changing the intake closing point from 26° to 42° which has a big effect on dynamic compression. The .020 likely dropped 2cc.
Many pipes don't scavenge or scavenge poorly, consider these near the top of the list topped only by Boomcans and Fishtails
Many other better pipes. The stock cam is immune to the pipe as there is nearly no overlap!
One back to back test on a 95" tw37 equipped motor with longshots changed to a FatCat and the HP and TQ rose 10/10 with a torque dip in the lower end gone.
The head porting you had done, a wild card but if they were not too evasive it is likely fine, the head mill helped but on the 110 you can take a lot more if it is done properly, and the pipe will need to be replaced if you are looking for a noticeable improvement IMHO. Of course a retune is needed after that.
BTW if you get into the CR calculators on the web you should be targeting 10.1/1 and the stock heads are between 95-98cc usually. Pistons down in the hole?

another wild card and the stock head gasket (revised) is .040.
