I have the Heavy Breather A/C, heads ported and shaved 0.020", and V&H Big Shot Duals.

A bit disappointing after the tune. Got the HP back to pre-Andrews numbers; it was right at 82HP with the stock SE-255. The torque is up about 6ft-lbs over the SE-255; 104 stock; 110 ft-lbs with the Andrews. Not real excited about the numbers; I really thought the HP would be higher. Any suggestions ?

I'm sure the exhaust I have is not the best choice for power.

David
A lot of what you see is simply because of added compression, well should I say cylinder pressure restored after changing the intake closing point from 26° to 42° which has a big effect on dynamic compression. The .020 likely dropped 2cc.
Many pipes don't scavenge or scavenge poorly, consider these near the top of the list topped only by Boomcans and Fishtails
Many other better pipes. The stock cam is immune to the pipe as there is nearly no overlap!
One back to back test on a 95" tw37 equipped motor with longshots changed to a FatCat and the HP and TQ rose 10/10 with a torque dip in the lower end gone.
The head porting you had done, a wild card but if they were not too evasive it is likely fine, the head mill helped but on the 110 you can take a lot more if it is done properly, and the pipe will need to be replaced if you are looking for a noticeable improvement IMHO. Of course a retune is needed after that.
BTW if you get into the CR calculators on the web you should be targeting 10.1/1 and the stock heads are between 95-98cc usually. Pistons down in the hole???? another wild card and the stock head gasket (revised) is .040.

2 more pipes to consider.

Bassani Road Rage 2 into 1
Vance Hines has a new stepped 2 into 1 with a stepped megaphone type of collector.   it is jet coated and might be worth looking into.

btw there are 3 different pipes from D&D

Standard Fat Cat  Loud
Fat Cat with Performance baffle  Louder  I believe you will also find a quieter baffle available if memory serves me right for this one.
Borzilla  Loudest

Depending on the build / tuner you may end up with the dip from the fat cat although most of it can be tuned out, it is still there.   This will also depending on how loud you want the bike also.

I like the Rinehart but noticed that the Fatbook notes it won't fit a Screamin Eagle RK. What would be different that the exhaust system would not fit ? I sent a question to Bub to see what they say.

FatCat 2 into 1 quiet baffle (not that quiet) and if you want the dual look they sell a "falsee" left pipe.

I have tried several 2 n 1 pipes on the dyno and the best bang for the buck came from the D&D Boarzilla with performance baffle...

D&D Fatcat that had been modified was second...

Supermeg with open end cap was third...

I agree that the Boarzilla can produce the highest HP if you have a large enough motor.  I used one on a 120" build and it was a wash between the higher Boarzilla peak HP vs the better TQ curve from the Fatcat w/Performance baffle. IIRC, you are using a special construction Boarzilla on a BIG motor.  I would argue that for all but the most extreme 110" builds, the Fatcat will provide better real world riding performance than a Boarzilla.

Got earplugs?? ::)
You will need them with the Boarzilla on a long ride and forget the radio if so equipped. Compared to the Longshots, no comparasion, night and day. The new V&H 2 into 1 looks nice too but no track record yet.

Check with BUB, I think you just need a different front pipe heat shield. However, they went on my SERK with no problem.
