My 2000 SERG has the usuall stuff on it. An mp3 player is about the only electrical item other than the Power Commander. One item I recieved for Christmas was a set of 100/90 watt bulbs for my bike. Is it possible or likely that these bulbs in conjunction with the Hog Tunes speakers pumping out the tunes and the cruise control engaged etc are overloading my charging system? I ask because my Power Commander recently crapped out, and when it did my main circuit breaker popped as well.
     I am just curious as to what the possibilities are that these headlights somehow overloaded the system and took out the PC. I personaly do not think it is very likely, just a coincidance that I finally instelled the lights and my PC went tits up. I will be very put out if I install my new PC and it goes pop after 100 miles...

In regards to the circuit breaker, have you had the recall taken care of? 

I would imagine it was done but thought it worth asking.

I added everything I could to my SEUC, including the 100 watt fogs and the HID light and I haven't blown anything with the heated seat, grips and cruise going.

Consequence:

Nah - you'll just melt the headlight housing or wires.
