Kuryakyn Shorty Antennas - reception just as good as stock? 11" or 14"?? Still want good reception (rural area). Can I get both good reception and better looks?

I guess these are not very popular - no responses. What cleaner looking solutions have you all been using? Also, where is the XM antenna. My XM reception is lousy - in and out all the time.

I have the J&M antenna and it works fine. I actually have the Cb/FM model and run a splitter so I only use one antenna. I get 3-4 mile range on the CB, and the FM is , well, FM. as much as I use it it hasen't been a problem
