J&M CB-Intercom Kit
« on: October 14, 2005, 09:04:00 AM »

Hi friend, have a couple of questions about the J&M CB intercom kit.
1) I own a SEEG 2004, and do not know if it could be mounted with the Hydraulic clutch reservoir. I asked to J&M but strangely they r not able to tell me anything... anyone tried it?
2) I live in Italy, do u think the J&M CB is compatible with our bandwidth and frequency or do u know if there are different specs between US and European radios?

thx a lot

Migs,

I don't know if there's an EU wide standard for Citizen's Band.  If there is, however, you would have a problem as I do know that CB radios for the US market are incompatible with CB radios for the UK.

Frequencies for CB in USA are 26.965-27.405 with ,I think ,a 25khz spacing between channels
gives us 40 channels we use AM  amplitude modulation.

Yes ,the J&M unit will mount to the resevoir. They include loger allen scews. Go for the chrome bracket.
