RG mirrors and bars
« on: April 09, 2009, 05:28:54 PM »

On my 08' Rg I had to replace the mirrors because I couldn't see around my shoulders. Is this the case on the CVO? Also the handlebars look different. Is that the case? I am trying to figure out if I need to take off my oblong mirrors before I trade it or not. T.

I put on a set of Twin Lens mirrors on my Road King ( Screaming Eagle 2008) and it give me a much wider view of the road behind me. You might want to check into these.

Yeah, I have some of those on my 08' RG now. I think I will take them off before I trade it in. Thanks, T.

I changed out my handlebars because the SERG stock handlebars were not comfortable...surprising right? Anyhow, with the Wild1 WO517's I enjoy a much more comfortable riding position with the added benefit of being able to see past my shoulders without any additional effort.
