I have used the Feuling lifters and had good success.  I tried the HeadQuarters Black Ops lifter because each lifter in the set is matched for bleed off.  I am running them in my 124 with .630 lift cam and they are working just fine.  The price is right also.  I will stick with these in the future.

Stock MoCo is the best I've found.

We use the OEM lifters for T/C as well as Evo application.
They handle 200 psi spring pressures, and .650 lift cams, no sweat.
