I have dis liked the factory saddle shields since the day I bought the bike, looking to change them to something better looking and  functional, as we all know they area  must. I had the Kuryakyn saddle shield on my 07 and liked them and they worked well, I don't see that they offer them for 09's
Has anyone installed the RJ'S on an 09CUSE? any comment, or pics, or suggestions, I need to do something about the ones on there! Thanks to all-- God Bless, and Ride Safe

I have the RJ's on my 07SEUC and would never choose plastic over them.

I read this after my post on the ugly black pastic.
I was looking at Kuryakyn's website and they now show an 09 model.
Decano's RJS model looks good!
I am hoping HD makes a smoked version of their current shield similar to the Kuryakyn...I like the shape and mounts for HD's just not the cheap black plastic look.

If you'e going to replace the OEM shields I would like them if they fit the 08.  Let me know!

I don't know, but my first guess is they would not fit 08.
Not ready do ditch them yet anyway, not until I can find a nicer looking replacement.

Here is the link to RJS Originals, in case anyone is looking for them.  http://www.rjsoriginals.com/  They appear to show a listing for 2009's on there.  I'm a bit tempted by the ruby red studded ones, but I think I'll wait to see if anyone else gets them and see how they look.  I was happy with the stock ones until I saw this post.  Thanks for planting another mod idea in my head.

Go ahead and get the red studded ones.  I have never had second thoughts about my blue ones with the blue bike.  There is no comparison with the quality of these and the cheap plastic crap.
