New SE Fatboy has 17" Radials
« on: October 25, 2005, 11:13:22 PM »

I went riding this late afternoon (don't tell my boss) with a friend who just got his 2006 Autumn Haze FLSTSE2. When we stopped for a break I looked a little closer at his wheels and tires and noticed 17" Radials.

 The Tire Sizes were:

 Front   140/75R17 67H

 Rear   200/55R17 M/C 7

I quizzed him about the tires and wheels and he said he really liked the ride much better than his 2005 FLSTSE. He said the bike seemed more responsive and handled much quicker and tighter.

I wonder when the Mo Co will offer Radials on Touring Bikes

Has there been a post regarding radial versus bias ply tires on the SEEGs somewhere?
