Fatboy,

I will wait on O'fender to post his wisdom on your request, that way we can sit back learn what is incorrect and then debunk it for the general public and in the end have a good laugh and possibly some new icon's as subtitles.

Personally i don't care for 6 speeds way over priced ($2000 plus) I have a 34 tooth transmission sprocket installed on my scooter and can still get the front wheel off the ground when the rear tire sticks!!!! At 80 mph I run a little under 3000 rpm and the motor is relatively quiet, good for listening to music. Now to go out on that limb, I would recommend  if your tearin' it apart to replace the needle bearings with a brass bushing (i don't think your gonna find that bushing on a shelf somewhere though) but that's a recommendation for people who like to do hole-shots!!!! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
Oh yeah! the stock clutch hub is a bit of a weak link also (I had to replace mine, tore the spline completely out MOCO warranty) the rivera pro clutch is a descent replacement for under $500 (i don't like spendin' xtra money on anything)
By the way Fatboy I didn't give myself "the ofender" handle [smiley=wink2.gif]

With the rear sprocket change from a stock 32 to a 34 I question how your speedometer reads 80 correctly.   What did you do to recalibrate it so that you don't get speeding tickets in slower zones?

Ball park the speedo is under by about 6% (each tooth is about a 3% according to andrews web site) so its just simple math and I have checked it ridin' along side other scooters and the 6% is very close, now I am not gonna spend no $100 on a speedo recalbration thing!!! I'll just deal with occasional ticket that i'm gonna get no matter what the speedo reads [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]
So when I'm running 75mph and everybody I'm ridin' with says there doing 80mph i consider that pretty close to 6% (6% would be 4.8mph off). [smiley=pumpkin.gif]
