Agreed on the hand built bike comment- there shouldn't be assembly related issues with these CVO bikes.

Yes , now that you mention and explain this swing-test , that`s what they did to check the headbearings at my bike yesterday , the master explained it to me , but i did not check it , now , i know what he was trying to explain to me , but main thing , all is ok .
and the clunk he showed me at the brakes .
When the brake is fully hold then he pushed the brake-disk , the mounting screws of the swimming brake-disk made the clunk , definitely , i saw and heared when he made it .

I had a "no hands" low speed wobble, went to the dealer, swing test performed.. Its supposed to swing about 3 and at most 4 times, mine went 6... definate head bearing issue. Tightened up to specs and now swings 2 times... A "hand assembled" bike shouldnt have these issues!

I've noticed on my bike with about 500 miles on it, that when running somewhere around 40-50 and I let off the throttle to slow for a stop or turn, and let go of the handlebars, I get s pretty severe wobble in the front end.  Easily stopped by grabbing the handlebars but I'm sure it's not supposed to do that.  I'll have the dealer check it when I take it in for the first service but if they don't do anything, I'll set the neck bearings myself when I take off the fairing for a hidden antenna, HID lights and new speakers.
