So here is where I am at... I had cut down an allen wrench to fit better, but the allen bolt was stripped and things were not going my way - should have done this first before trying the ball head piece of crap.
I took the cut off from the shortened allen wrench and have epoxied it into the allen bolt - letting it cure for 24 hours while I calm down and drink a beer and some cane beverages. Will see how it does tomorrow when I get home from work, if this doesn't work, I am probably going to have to cut the head off and trash my intake/tb. I have a nice snap on 1/4 12 point that grabs it and allows me to push on it while I turn it, hoping the epoxy takes up the extra space where I have gooned it up.
I hate when crap like this happens - if the assembler or last person in had just per some never seize on the threads, I would be bolting my bike back together.
