Nolan helmet to Nolan helmet bluetooth connection

Cant seem to get the two helmets to connect via bluetooth. Brad online in Maggie Valley and used the instructions there. Still no connection

All I have to do with mine is turn one on and continue holding the button down until it goes in to pairing mode.  Then turn on the other and continue to hold its power button down until it also goes in to pairing mode.  They then sync up.  All done.
