Could be either, 8 degree or the 25. The earlier 06's had the 8. and some were changed under a tech bulletin to 25 to correct stumble issues.

The throttle body is 46mm.

The CVO 103's supposedly had 25° injectors in 2006 (and the regular TC88's were changed over in February '06), but considering H-D's propensity for bad info and assembly mistakes, it would be best to actually check.  Very easy to tell the difference, see the attachment.

  Thanks for the repiles, So are you saying that the T.Body on the 06 Screaming Eagle 103  are all 46 mm, I had thought the stock t.bodies were 46  but if it was a 103 Screaming Eagle it was  bigger??  Thanks

The TB's were 46mm even on the 103's.  In fact, they didn't go to 50mm until 2008 on the 110's if I remember correctly.
