Trying to install a set of Fullsac 2" baffles in my CVO mufflers that I had bought off of eBay. I just noticed that it has cat's (?). HAs anyone removed them and how did you get them out. Will the Fullsac baffles fit without the cats or must they stay in.

The Cats are in the baffle, when you remove the baffles to install the fullsac's your problem is solved.

Thanks Dartman

You saved the day. I was getting ready to start cutting and banging to get them out!

THANKS!

If you remove them gently they will be like new, If you ever get in a situation requireing an emissions test you can slide them back in in about 10 min. instead of that big bolt that comes with the fullsacs, I use a 3/16 pop rivet, looks factory and you can just drill the head for removal.
