Garage door

HELP...Yseterday my door opener opened the garage door but would not close it.  I tried to reset the unit and it look like it reset but will not open the door. Any help?

Having same problem now.  Looks like I need to bust
open the fairing and have a look around.
Will let you know what I find out.

I unplugged the unit from the wall and left it out for a few minutes. After I plugged it in and re programed it worked fine. Mine stopped working after a bad lightning storm.

Hmmm, I think mine was after some pretty good storms too.
I unplugged it and then put it right back in.  But will
try leaving it out for more time as that will be much easier
then going into the fairing.

Left it unplugged for over an hour...
Now she is back in operation working like a charm.
