Interesting that you mention this. 

The Pashnit Web Site has experienced the same thing.  We did a server restart about 6 weeks ago and the most on line ahs been 423 since the reboot.  Currently 88 on line.  A couple years ago we averaged ~ 200 online at any give time and we had a record one night of 993 on line at the same time.

I know I have seen very delayed response in PM's on both sites, suggesting that folks are doing other things.
