oem shocks modified by bitchin baggers

Has anyone had their oem shocks modified by bitchin baggers, and if so, how's the ride?

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the late reply,  i amin the UK and I had my std shocks SERK  dropped by 1/2 an inch by Bitchin baggers and

stiffened up, before with my wife on the back, would keep botttoming the shocks out and giving  my wife a bad back,

after the work its a lot better, quick turn around and good value for money.
