I am running the PCV with out 02 sensors.

Click on the attached file for the installation instructions.  You don't need to remove the PC from the bike, just disconnect the PCV harness connectors from the bike harness and the ECM, then connect the stock harness directly to the ECM like it was from the factory.  Reconnect the O2 sensors (I'm assuming they just disconnected them like it says in the instructions, but didn't remove the actual sensors from the pipes).  Now go ride the bike and see if the cruise works properly.
