103 Limited mufflers
« on: August 22, 2009, 07:03:50 PM »

Picked up the 103 Ultra Limited yesterday and noticed that the mufflers have changed somewhat from the '09 models.
The left side muffler is much lighter than the right.
Checking the part numbers, we now have a 65846-10 on the right (heavy) and a 65538-09 on the left (light). Looks like the internal baffles have changed a little from '09 to '10.
I have my modified mufflers (1 3/4 Fullsac CVO) on now, and will gut the cat soon. Bike runs very hot, 260-270 oil temps, and not even the power of my (almost) stock 96 incher.

I like the idea of stock looking mufflers on this new bike, and will modify them with Fullsac cores, soon as I can. Is anyone running the stock (looking) mufflers??

Guess I'll have to do the same setup as on the '09 96" Ultra to get decent power!
