Did you pinstripe the sides. Ive seen other guys match the saddle bags but i thought I would pull the pinstripes off the tank and finish it just like you ( my hero )

You know what astonishes me (even for the MoCo, and that's really saying something!) - we pay all that money for these, and the <expensive> bit of pressed tinfoil with the Screamin Eagle script doesn't fit the hole it's meant to go into.  Somebody measured wrongly, and instead of correcting the mistake, Harley go right on fitting and selling them. I just fitted the rear light bar and this thing to mine, and at first I thought I'd bought the wrong light bar, but from these photos, I see they are all the same - the wrong size completely for where they are meant to go!!!

yeah, that's really poor.  No way to paint or polish enough to correct that obvious defect.    aaarrgh.  spyder

Correct, Spyde.  The hole is a different size/shape to the SE plate.  Astonishing that they think it's acceptable to ship that on a bike of any price, never mind these!

Looking at doing my tour pak as well.  Any ideas where I might find the paint to do mine in the dark blue.  Curious to see what paint the guy used to paint the scripts in these photos .
