Good selection of changes

Anxious to see more detail.

Changing to chrome inner primary is one of the best chrome purchases you can make (at least I think so)

I just noticed you have a SE 58mm throttlebody on your RK. Are you satsified with the build or looking back on the engine work would you have had the stock TB set out for boring instead of installing the SE 58MM TB?

I'm satisfied with my motor. However, if changing something as simple as the TB would access additional power, I'm in!  :) Looking into this as we write back and forth. Let you know what I find out. However, Bob Wood and Scott Palmer are two guys that should have some definite knowledge.

I am anxious for what Deweyheads has to offer.

What do I know, I want to go back to my Rinehart TD as I still have not fallen for the FatCats.  :nixweiss:

Was thinking if I could get that pipe then the 03 may need a change.
Just putting Jeff's pipe on that old bike will make the 03 Classic feel more powerful and important.
It's all about image!

Scott at Hillside is setting the heads up for 10.7 compression. He recommended staying with the stock pistons.

hope he's gonna weld up the heads and not just shave them down... he'd hafta shave off an inch to get 1.5 points of compression...
.650" lift is ALOT... can't wait to see the final dyno...

It'll likely be a combination of weld and shave. Scott called the dealership for exact measurements (thousandths) of deck height from piston top for both holes. With these measurements he should be in a good position to find the right combination of adjustments to get the best balance of clearance and compression. Hillside is also do the clearance machining on the rocker boxes and covers to ensure the hi-lift cams TW408-6 cams don't cause the moving parts to "bump" into anything.

We'll see if it all comes together as planned.
