yesterday I left the house early (in the truck) to go to Paris TN to pickup a new lift, bought 2, and then traveled through Clarksville and bACK INTO Nashville to Chrome Masters, got all set up with them for the shop and they gave me the whole tour, got to me the dad who started this company in the 60's.
Then I went to check out this powder coating place that I heard a bit about. met the owner and again, got the whole tour, very cool. I decided this guy could handle my work, so i gave him a card and he looks at it and say's, you ride the Grey Ghost. i said yep, he saw it at a show, so now I have a powder coater.
Great day, beer and wings afterwards, oh and a couple hottie bartenders

Been working!!!! And hunting and working and hunting!!!!  I have not had much time for riding. How you doing man? I will start to get more active.

Yeap, sunken bike lift.  Vanamal and HD-Dude and others have cut holes in garage floors and repoured to allow bike lifts to set at an even floor level.

It looks nice.  Has to make entry and exit very nice.  And while I've thought about it have always had two concerns.  Water collecting in the hole the lift sits in and (most importantly) losing several inches of lift height.  I use mine at every step for different tasks; including its highest step.
