Fitment 06 CVO Mufflers on to 2010 FLHTK 103"

Do any of you know if 06 CVO Mufflers will fit the 2010 FLHTK Ultra Limited c/w 103"? Need to know so I can buy one of the members Mufflers.

The 06 don't have cats as far as I know and I think 06 and up should fit.

They DO have cats in them... Contact Steve at Fullsac to correct that, And yes they will fit....

I stand corrected..I guess I was thinking of plain 06 mufflers and not CVO's :oops:

Yup, they have cats.  The same document also indicates the stock touring mufflers for '06 have cats "in most markets".

I did this change last week on my Limited.

Did you just change your muffler and head pipes? I am assuming you got rid of the cats, either in the muffle and/or the head pipes?

To expand a little: all mufflers for touring models from 1995 to 2010 will fit the headpipes. How do I know this? I also have a 1995 touring bike, and I can interchange mufflers with my 2010. I believe ALL touring bikes for 2010 have cats in the head pipes now, last year only the CA bikes and HDI had them. Most (stock) touring mufflers as far back as 1995 had cats in the mufflers (CA only) including the CVO's.
Yes, there are cats in the head pipes for '09 in most markets and ALL CVO's

My personal plan for my new Limited is to gut the cat header (next week) put on my SE air cleaner, fullsac baffles for the mufflers, and a good TTS tune. I did these same mods to my '09, and that bike ran awesome! I expect my '10 will respond the same way.

I hopes this helps a little.
