Cat on International models?

My friend and were discussing the catalytic converter on my 09 SERG and his (soon to be) 10 SESG.  We were wondering if the international models also have the cat and do they have the same exhaust setup?

My SEUC4 has a cat in the header and also a flapper valve controlled by a stepper motor. Don't even think of swapping. Also the mufflers are different without detachable end caps.

I've just bought some US 08 mufflers and had them modified by Fulsac and I've ordered a set of 09 std US 96" headers.
