I just tried to open the stock file I saved and I get a message that windows can't open it, pick a program to open it.  So I picked ttsmastertune and it tries to open it but I get message "MTE" File Type is unsupported by master tune-HD.   Just curios what I do with stock reload later.

You can't view the MTE file leave it where it is and make a copy on a disc or a jump drive you can move it to the Master tune when needed.

If you ever decide to put the stock map back into the bike, follow the instructions in Mastertune to restore the stock map. There are also help files to guide you along to do this.
Otherwise, the MTE file just sits there, unmolested! You cannot look at it or change it.
Mastertune also has some download maps that are close to "stock".
