Chopped tour-pak/paint
« on: September 14, 2009, 08:11:36 AM »

Has anyone ever tried to mount a king tour-pak backrest pad to a chopped tour-pak? Is there a rear speaker option for chopped tour-paks? Does anyone know of anyone who has matched the paint color "Stardust Silver" for tour-paks or lowers?

the king TP backrest will fit, the chopped area is in the lower part. speakers are not going to be a bolt and go, but with some custom approaches, you should be able to do it.
Yes, I have matched the color on both, as you can see

Only speakers I've ever seen in a chopped pak were mounted in the body of the pak.  Not enough height in the chopped pak to accept an entire speaker pod apparently.

I have a paint formulation that is an exact match to 2009 Stardust silver. I will be more than happy to share it with you as I wasted several hours trying to get it from HD to repair my tour pak lid on my CUSE4.
