I'm thinking about replacing my stock rear rotor with the composite.  Doing the front later.

Yes will see what the cost is for the rotor.

Has anyone who has ABS tried these composite rotors?  If so, how do they compare stopping distance?  I know about the unsprung weight advantages and all that...just a little concerned with stopping performance.

They are expensive compared to HD floaters, but worth it IMHO.  If it is any consolation, the colored buttons are free!

Shouldn't have a problem with ABS.  Braking performance is superior to stock

The rear rotor on my Street Glide, the only non floating, gets hot in a short time (10 minutes) even with Z plus pads.  I emailed Paul at Lyndall and he said the composite was the way to go.  Again, the price is a bit steep.  I asked Paul if he had and blemishes for the rear, he got me into a rear composite very, very cheap and included shipping and Red pads.  I won't say how cheap.
I haven't put it on, waiting to change the tire.  It's very light.
