Stock VS Pro Street Ported heads
« on: September 20, 2009, 06:50:44 PM »

This is a comparasion of Stock VS our Pro Street ported heads. These ports are not larger than stock, preserved to keep velocity high.
Valves are 1.625 exhaust HD modified, 2.120 Intake HD modified. These are going on a 110 with SE257 cams, FatCat and 10.5/1 pistons.
Next week I will post results of stock FBW TB VS Ported and larger throttle plate with a few photos.

How would this Head Md work on the 2010 103" Heads on ULTRA Limited, looking at the SE255 or 54H cams?

Thanks,

Those 96/103" heads are considerably different than the 110" heads. They can benefit from a simple Street Port with new modified valves and an OS intake 1.9". Heads are CCd and guides replaced as needed.
These changes will improve your low end torque and carry the torque further out. With the SE255 it will just be a sweet running high torque engine that when tuned right with a good pipe will pull to 5,200, the 54 will be a little softer down low, still very torquey, but carry to 6K and HP slightly higher. Depends how you ride and what you carry typically which is the right choice for you. Both are docile and very streetable. The SE255 with the 103" kit is "street legal" and satisfys warranty requirements if that is an issue.

Don,

I've been following that thread too. Can't believe that no one here has purchased those heads. Makes me want to build another motor so I can use them.  For an outright purchase that's a killer deal.

I'll continue to follow the forum awaiting results and details of your 50mm TB mods.
