Heavy Breather on the Ultra?
« on: October 24, 2009, 08:33:05 PM »

Loved the Heavy Breather look on my old RK. The idea has crossed my mind for the Ultra. But I'm not sure if a Heavy Breather would look out of place or not. Anyone with pics?

I don't have any pics, but I dont think IMO that it would look right on an Ultra. For me it's the lowers that throw it off and make me think it wouldn't look right. Looks awesome on a bike like the RK. JMHO

HD says in the SE Racing Parts catalog that the HB won't fit "models equipped with fairing lower glove boxes."

I have it on my 08 SEUC and yes I took my lowers off so the motor would get more air and it reminds me of riding my 06 RK. I also think it looks better with the lowers off!! I have the HB,SERT and CFR Slip-ons and had the bike re-tuned and she runs awesome!!41,000 miles setup like that.
