Redline Heavy Shockproof in the tranny is my choice.  MTL in the Primary and 20/60 in the crankcase.   The shockproof is pink, it foams, and gets everywhere, and it won't settle off the gears.  Most lubes after a heat cycle, settle to the bottom of the pan.  Not the Heavy Shockproof, it stays put, and it doesn't break down.  Even when you drain it (and it takes forever), solvents or breakclean won't wash it out of the drain pan.  Smooth shifting, and quiet.  Enough said.
