Gotta brag on Steve at Fullsac
« on: November 06, 2009, 09:29:28 PM »

Well I just spent a day Wednesday and Thursday morning in Lake Havasu City on my way to Nor Cal for a new job...  got a Stage II setup on my 09 SERG from Steve and just got back from a day ride and DANG... this is a new bike!!! We started the day with a baseline run that included stock header (or so i thought) and some SE slip ons that I bought with the bike... the thing made some really good power stock. In fact, Steve said it was the best numbers he'd seen from a stock setup... of course, the SE mufflers are not stock but he was surprized to see 89HP ans 102tourque with the cat. Well, for a while I got to be king of the hill but it turns out after pulling the header it has in fact been core drilled... (i bought the bike with 1800 miles on it and thought the cat was stock) ... Anyway, Steve did his magic on the header, added the cams, and we started with the 2.25 baffles...  he was kind enough to spend some extra time testing a few dfifferent sets of baffles with the Andrews 54 cams on the bike and turns out we got a better tourque curve with the 2.0 cores... but I still liked the sound of the 2.25 cores better. Not really louder just "deeper" with a very nice tone... Ron, who I bought the bike from and added the SE Mufflers has the slash cut tips on them and I really liked the look of them... so I added some of Steve's custom tips to the stoick CVO slip on's. They look great!  Steve went over and above to get every ounce he could out of the bike and if you've been debating on weather or not to use his stuff... DON'T WAIT ANY LONGER!!!!!!! The bike runs stronger, cooler, sounds better, and is an overall better ride. Great job Steve and THANK YOU for the impeccable service!!!!
