Going from memory here, but can double check the diagrams when I get home. For the accessory plug:
Blue = Running lights
Red/Yellow = Brake lights
Black = Ground
These are the only three needed for the tour pack running & brake leds on the spoiler. On the full-sized tour-pak, the side lights should t-off the Blue I would think.

The one I'm not sure about is the Orange = ununsed switched power?
