Basani Mufflers

Does anyone have any good or bad reports on Basani mufflers.I've developed a rattle when my bike gets warm,I don't know if I have a baffle problem or something else.I have V&H power header and tts race tuner,It dynoed at 94hp and 112 torque .I had to take it back to have it adjusted for excessive backfiring.It was after that I noticed the rattle.The dealer said it was coming from the pipes,

I'm running Bassani Slip-ons with the V&H Power Duals and the PCV and I don't have any issues with backfiring.   I would lean toward a tuning issue rather than an issue with the slip-ons.

lt's not backfiring anymore,I already had it retuned,the muffler problem is a different problem,and I'm not sure that's where the noise is coming from

I apologize...  I didn't read your first post correctly.   I have what I would call a metallic random tinging noise from the Right Hand slip-on...   I have been trying to track it down ever since I installed the slip-ons, but I'm assuming its happening because I removed all of the fiberglass packing material from around the baffle.   Have you ever taken your's apart?
