A guy has a BAD tooth that hurts and goes to a Dentice.  Dentice looks at tooth and says it has to come out.  Guy ask how much.  Dentice says pulling tooth is free, but the gas will cost $50.00.  Guy says I can't afford that.  Dentice says he can give him a shot of novacane and it will only cost $40.00.  Guy says I can't afford that.  Dentice gives him 2 blue pills.  Guy ask Dentice what they were and Dentice tells him "they were Viagra", this is really going to hurt and you will need something to hang onto.
