21 inch wheel and fender?

I plan on installing a 21 inch wheel. Has anyone install one yet on an 09 SE Road Glide? What mod did you have to do to the fender, Brackets or drill out the mount holes? Thanks, 8)

You may or may not need to drill.
I didn't have to and it worked out good for me.
Where in NC you from?
