Looks really great Bob. Every thing you did will improve that bike for sure. You made this thread so interesting with all the pictures and comments along the way. Feel like doing it again in warm weather? ;)  Looks almost "done" if there is such a thing.   What's next??   Have a great New Years!!

Given the amount of work involved and the limited time since purchase you actually got that reconfiguration done in short order.  Some of us take longer to get all that done....  ::)

The last bike I had the bike apart many times changing things.  This time I knew what I wanted and hoped to do it all right the first time.

I think I'm done until one of the forum members finds something knew the bike can't live without.
