i was waitin to move to NC first.  My son got accepted to UMASS and UN Charlotte.  He wants to stay here in MASS.  I may have to stay another year. 
My goal is a lift recessed in the floor.

The other remedy is to install the Arlen Ness kickstand which mounts to the rear swing arm pivot point and leaves the underframe void of any obstructions.  I'm curious as to how easy it would be to lower the stand in that rear position now that I'm old and creaky.
